Our mission at Trilandex is to give people clear, honest guidance before they make any real estate decision in the Dominican Republic. We do not act as a real estate agency or law firm. Instead, we focus on education: researching how processes work in practice, explaining the steps in simple language, and preparing our clients to speak with licensed professionals. By combining process research, client intake and neutral checklists, we help you avoid common mistakes and approach lawyers, notaries and agents with clarity, realistic expectations and the right questions.
Where Our Clients Invest
Trilandex does not act as a real estate agency. We offer educational consulting about buying and renting in the Dominican Republic, and we also provide marketing and visibility services for selected properties. These can include properties from trusted allied professionals (agencies, agents, developers) and, when clearly disclosed, personal properties owned by founders. All negotiations and contracts are handled directly with licensed professionals.
